IACFS/ME’s 17th Conference will take place online October 22-25, 2025, and will focus on the biomedical, public health, and behavioral aspects of ME/CFS and associated comorbidities, as well as infection-associated conditions like Long Covid which have triggers, pathophysiologic mechanisms, and symptoms similar to ME/CFS. Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits will be available for eligible program components.

Building upon Solve M.E.’s original Solve Together platform and incorporating the unhide project’s innovative focus on brain inflammation-related symptoms and conditions, The Unified Platform is an exciting resource for patients and researchers alike. The easy-to-use, secure platform allows patients to contribute data through symptom surveys, validated assessments, wearable devices, and health history to support research across 30+ related conditions.

In addition to the Solve/BIC panel presentation, the IACFS/ME conference will feature research presentations on new, unpublished data, workshops covering clinical and research topics, poster sessions, special panels, and exciting lectures from some of the top experts in the field.
