T & NK CELL SUBSET DIFFERENCES:

Researchers in Spain studied fresh blood samples collected from 22 CFS patients (94-Fukuda criteria) who did not have concurrent evidence of infections and compared function of several immune cell subsets to 30 healthy controls. They found differences in T cells and natural killer (NK) cell subsets, but not B cells. (Journal of Translational Medicine, Mar. 20, 2013)
