Clinical Research & Trials

May 30, 2014

The costs of conducting clinical trials is soaring. Finding qualified subjects willing to participate in your study can be the most time-consuming and costly part of the process. Attracting patients requires an in-depth understanding of their needs. The Solve ME/CFS Initiative (SMCI) has deep reach into the ME/CFS community and can collaborate with you to recruit qualified individuals to participate in your research efforts.

Our goal is to form partnerships between patients and scientists. SMCI is actively working to build an army of dedicated volunteers that are eager to be involved in research efforts leading to the discovery of the cause, treatments and a cure for ME/CFS. We are eager to work with any researcher who is involved in or contemplating work in ME/CFS and may benefit from the use of biological samples through our SolveCFS BioBank.

SolveCFS BioBank for Researchers

The Solve ME/CFS Initiative is the leader for patient-centered research on ME/CFS.  We understand that patient recruitment is the toughest and most costly aspect of research. Because we are committed to doing what we can to further the best research, we offer the SolveCFS BioBank – a state-of-the-art genetic sample collection system – to eligible ME/CFS patients and approved researchers.
