Researchers at Stanford University report that a study of 31 women with fibromy
algia (FM) shows promising results for low-dose naltrexone to reduce pain and improve mood and satisfaction with life. The study used a cross-over design and participants received medication for 12 weeks and placebo forĀ four weeks with a four-week follow-up period.
