Dr. Medow discusses problems tolerating upright posture (orthostatic intolerance) that are common in CFS. He describes techniques his team uses to measure blood flow, including tilt table testing, transcranial Doppler and microdialysis, in the research study being funded by the Solve ME/CFS Initiative .
